An overview on the life of Charlie Chaplin
Events to be included in the timeline:
1. In his film, ‘The Great Dictator’ in 1939, Chaplin bore a moustache.
2. Charles Spencer Chaplin was born in England, on April 16th, 1889.
3. In 1917, Chaplin became an independent producer.
4. ‘The Circus’ won Charles Chaplin his first Academy Award – in 1929
5. In 1921, he came out with: ‘The Kid’.
6. Chaplin died on Christmas day in 1977.
7. Kid Auto Races at Venice (1914), was the first Chaplin film released.
8. In 1966 he produced his last picture, ‘A Countess from Hong Kong’.

1800: Indus Valley civilisation.
487: Life of Gautam Buddha.
327-26: Alexander’s invasion of India and the opening of the land route between India and Europe.
Historical events of AD
1459: Sun City, Jodhpur India founded by Rao Jodha.
2008: India launched its 1st unmanned lunar mission, Chandrayaan -1.
1917: World War I took place.
1980: Rohini 1, the first Indian satellite, was launched into the orbit.
STEPS :-
1. Arrange the events in chronological order. (on the ruled paper side.)
2. Collect the pictures of the events from the net.
3. Take printouts and cut the pictures from their outline.
4. Create the timeline, paste the pictures, and write the events along with the years properly. (on the colour side of the scrapbook).
